I have been eating avocados on the regular for the last two weeks and even prior to that. Every time I asked myself why, all I could say was “Well Huda, it’s good for you and it’s the type of fat you need” But here is a breakdown of how they are essential to your health

The answer all you ladies have been waiting for! I HELP with AGING! If you are in your 30’s instead of leaving towards products try changing up the diet and include me as one of your essential ingredients and see the difference for yourself. Below are two recipes to use me in 2 different ways.
Avocado Toast with Chia Seeds Recipe
This recipe is amazing and takes me less than 7 minutes to make every morning. Super simple and packed with double the fats both from the chia and avocados
You will need:
½ Ripe Avocado
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 Tsp Olive Oil
Dash of Paparika
1 Tsp Chia Seeds
1 Piece of Toast goes well with any whole grain toast, I do mine with Rye or plain old Whole wheat
Combine the avocado, lemon juice and salt and pepper in a bowl, you can mash it with a fork so it becomes a nice chunky spread. Add some Olive oil to make it smoother.
Toast your bread and spread the Avacado Mash on the toast.
Sprinkle with Chia Seeds, dash of Paparika, Drizzle of olive oil and some lemon juice.
Make yourself a Sunny Side Egg and top it off and enjoy
This mask works well for oily skin. Lemon is a natural astringent and it will control oil production. The egg white nourishes your skin and the avocado oil balances it all.
You will nee1 lemon
Combine the avocado, lemon juice and egg white in the blender until it forms a smooth paste.
Put the mask on your skin for 20 minutes then rinse with warm water.
